Event Description

PIGGY ON A SPIT CLASS

Work with Executive Chef Ryan Arensdorf and his culinary team to learn how to prepare a pig for rotisserie. Once prep is complete, we will go outside to the Culinary Garden and watch and learn the proper way of executing a rotisserie while enjoying a local beer. Finish off the class with housemade BBQ pork sandwiches and local brews.
